We currently charge:

£22* per hour weekday daytime (up to 6pm)

£23* per hour weekday evenings (from 6pm) & all day Sat & Sun

£25* per hour all Bank Holidays

Test day price is £85* (this includes a one-hour lesson beforehand, use of car for the test & insurance cover. The student is picked up and returned to home address or suitable location)

Test day price is £100* for an extended test (this includes a one-hour lesson beforehand, use of car for the test & insurance cover. The student is picked up and returned to home address or suitable location)

Short notice tests will be charged at £100

Please note:

 - if a student is assessed as unsafe to be on the road, the instructor is not obliged to take them for as short notice test but will be charged a fee of £50 (this will be made clear to the student at the time of the booking)

 - tests that are cancelled on arrival for the appointment will be charged at a minimum rate of 2 hours (this is for the hour’s lesson beforehand and instructor’s time to return the student home or to a suitable location) for local tests, additional charges will be made for tests further afield. >>In~ Control<< Driving School or its instructor’s cannot be held accountable for Driving Standards Agency (DSA) test cancellations e.g. examiner goes sick
